Because of its privileged location in the estate right on the ridge, the property has full privacy from neighbours and golfers and all you can hear is the soft sound of the Indian Ocean and the birds from the nature reserve.

The modern house is built to take advantage of the magnificent landscape and light from every angle, be it a double the height, all glass foyer to being equipped with large sliding glass doors in all the rooms. As 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very large, this is also is ideal for 2 couples to travel together as you can both enjoy your master suite with stunning ocean views and a wellness style bathroom. As the bedrooms are very large, 2 additional beds exist, so the house can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.

There is also a separate TV room with a large LED TV to provide an additional living area without any disturbance, and of course, a separate scullery with dishwasher and washing machine to keep the main living space nice and quiet. Your cars can be parked in a double garage.

Just 100 meter from the house also starts the walking path along the 18thhole to the Golf Clubhouse, 5-star restaurants and Spa, or into the Pezula nature reserve. There is also an absolutely secluded private beach of the Estate via a short hike. The common tennis court and swimming pool is only a short distance away.
